What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
• Drive market expansion and strengthen distributor/retailer relationships.
• Analyze sales trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
• Ensure efficient sales operations and timely reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–7 years of FMCG sales experience, including 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.✨
