Area Sales Manager – Footwear Industry

Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are a leading footwear manufacturing and selling company seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have experience managing a sales portfolio of PKR 100 million or more, along with strong expertise in retail and distribution sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement area sales strategies to achieve monthly/annual sales targets.
  • Manage retail outlets, distributors, and wholesale networks effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and present to management.
  • Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments from clients/distributors.
  • Prepare and present regular sales and recovery reports to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of proven sales experience in footwear, apparel, or FMCG sector.
  • Proven track record of handling a sales portfolio of PKR 100 million or above.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
