About the Role: To direct control and effectively manage a van sales operation of sales areas in his assigned territory to achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Almarai products by continuously monitoring and reviewing team performance.


  1. Manage & monitor performance of Supervisors to ensure all areas deliver the targeted volume & margin.
  2. Achieve the budgeted volume & margin of Fresh, Foods, Juice & UHT products to deliver company’s targeted profit.
  3. Achieve the distribution target on a week-to-week basis in all trade channels as per the recommended product portfolio to optimize the sales & increase market share.
  4. Monitor and ensure that the orders of all products are in line with the market demand to control wastage & optimize sales.
  5. Ensure that all customers comply with company credit policy to avoid any financial loss.



Requirements:

  • Must be holding bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years in FMCG sales management.
  • Experience in leading large teams.
  • Worked as a Manager for sales sector.
  • Excellent knowledge in MC Excel & dealing with high volume of numbers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication English skills.
