Area Sales Manager (Onsite, Lahore, PKR Salary)

Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in team management.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Proficiency in sales reporting tools and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Drive consistent growth in sales volume and market share across the assigned territory.
Identify, onboard, and develop new accounts to expand market reach.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies; monitor and analyze sales performance data for continuous improvement.
Supervise, support, and motivate field sales teams to achieve operational excellence.
Ensure timely achievement of assigned sales targets and KPIs.
