Area Sales Officer

Role: Drive B2B and project sales (Commercial/Residential/Institutional) through extensive field visits and relationship building

Key Responsibilities:

o Drive sales targets across Retail, Wholesale, and B2B/Project segments.

o Identify and onboard new dealers/retailers, Maintain long-term relations with existing partners.

o Manage and build strong relationships with architects, contractors, builders, and corporate clients.

o Plan and execute on-ground product promotions, dealer meets, and brand-building activities.

o Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to management.

o Identify and track upcoming residential and commercial projects.

o Engage with builders, developers, contractors, carpenters, and Project Management Consultants (PMCs) to generate sales.

o Present product samples and catalogues effectively; explain technical specifications and benefits to stakeholders.

o Coordinate between the project site and the operations team to ensure timely delivery of orders.

Experience: Min 2 years in Field /Project Sales (Building Materials/Interiors sector preferred).

Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma (Civil or Interior Design background is a plus), Basic MS Office skills , Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills; .
Sound product knowledge in building materials- Interior design

Requirements: Age max 40; must have a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively.
