  • Responsible for the quantitative and qualitative outputs within his geographical area.
  • Expected to deliver on outputs through the successful supervision of his team and business processes.
  • Dedicating time to spend with each member to coach, and train in the field to ensure the team delivers on outputs and builds competences to develop in the future. A key area is to focus on is building the capabilities of the sales.
  • Managing people processes (journey plans, trade activities)
  • Building solid communication within the team to ensure good practices are shared.
  • Manage excellence in-store execution of SSFL product displays in the trade.
  • New Customers and Market Return control.
  • New equipment placement.
  • Implementation of LTA & STA and ensuring proper tracking of progress.
  • Team Management – to ensure people development and delivery of business objectives.
