A fastest-growing China Mobiles, Accessories, and Solar company is looking for a results-driven Area Service Manager (ASM) to lead the After Sales Service operations in Karachi (In charge of a specific operational area/zone within the city). If you have 2+ years of expertise managing mobile service centers and driving operational excellence, we want to hear from you!

Key Job Responsibilities:

As the ASM, you will be the driving force behind service quality and partner network growth, focusing on four core pillars:

Partner Life Cycle Management:

Drive Service Partner Identification and Outlet Establishment in line with market needs.

Branch Empowerment: Conduct technical training on CRM system operations and service standards.

Execute rigorous Branch Audits & Compliance (image, accurate ticket entry).

Manage branch closure & transition (material settlement, ticket closure).

Service Performance & Logistics:

Manage daily service delivery and prioritize customer complaint resolution, coordinating resources to close overdue pending tickets.

Oversee Spare Parts Management: Monitor material credit limits and ensure branches make timely payments.

Conduct regular Inventory Counts at ASC network points to ensure system/physical consistency.

Verify the return of old parts, urging branches to comply within 14 days.

Technical Capability & Business Growth:

Enhance technical skills by synchronizing new product information and providing repair skills training to ASC engineers.

Manage Sales Agent & Customer Relationships; promote and communicate crucial service policies (e.g., DOA, DAP replacement, EOS/EOL).

Develop External Service Business by expanding traditional Out-of-Warranty services and establishing Collection Point (CP) partnerships.

Mandatory Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher. Proficiency in English is a working language.

Experience: Minimum 2 years in managing after-sales service centers (Mobile/Accessories Industry Preferred).

Market Insight: Strong understanding of the mobile after-sales industry, local market channels, and the competitive landscape within the assigned area.

Operational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple service outlets (directly & indirectly) and implement effective service solutions for operational issues.
