The New Hire Specialist will:

Seek qualified candidates and be the first person to introduce our company culture.

Communicate with applicants to find qualified candidates.

Organize and hold interviews with selected candidates.

On board new hires with new employee forms and site compliance docs.

Provide administrative and secretarial support by performing delegated administrative and clerical duties for the assigned work area(s). Exhibit confidentiality, flexibility, accountability and professionalism.

Assist all employees, potential candidates, scribes, clients, and others with related inquiries/concerns; refer to appropriate resource or authority, as necessary.

Compose correspondence and independently generate other communications, including, but not limited to, e-mails, newsletters, reports, mailings, flyers and brochures through effective use of appropriate software application and/or media.

Maintain confidential departmental employee files and records to ensure consistently current and accurate documentation.

Provide administrative support to the department and coordinate and organize office workflow and communications, including phone management, e-mail correspondence, file maintenance and standard mail collection/distribution to provide for optimum efficiency.

Assist the administrative and HR teams by performing miscellaneous job related duties as requested.

Be a resident of Arizona.

High school diploma or GED equivalent required.

Two years of related experience required.
