Experience
- 6–12 years of experience in creative/design roles, preferably in agencies or large consumer brands.
Role Summary
The Art Director will lead the creative direction of all visual communication across ATL, BTL, social media, video content, regional creatives, and campaign branding. This role is central to elevating the brand’s visual identity and ensuring consistency across all formats.
Key Responsibilities
- Set the creative vision and design language for brand campaigns (ANTHE, Invictus, ACE, AIATS, iACST, JEE/NEET communication etc, Repeater).
- Lead the design team in conceptualizing high-impact creatives for print, digital, YouTube, and events.
- Guide execution of billboards/hoardings, brochures, posters, digital ads, mailers, and video graphics.
- Review, mentor, and uplift the creative output of designers and motion artists.
- Work closely with the Copywriter to develop integrated campaign ideas.
- Ensure brand consistency across regional adaptations.
- Provide creative direction on shoots, design layouts, thumbnails, and visual storytelling.
- Maintain quality control and ensure delivery within timelines.
Required Skills
- Strong conceptual thinking and design sense.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Understanding of digital-first design, typography, colour palettes, layouts.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and inspire a team.
- Experience with video and motion graphics is an added advantage.
