Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Art Executive to lead and inspire creative projects across various mediums. As an Art Executive, you will be instrumental in driving artistic vision, ensuring design excellence, and elevating brand presence through innovative art direction and digital design expertise. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative concepts for digital and print projects that align with brand strategies and marketing goals
• Lead art direction for campaigns, ensuring visual consistency, originality, and high-quality execution across all platforms
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content creators, and production teams to produce visually impactful graphics, motion graphics, and video content
• Utilize tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma, SketchUp, Maya, and other Adobe Creative Suite applications to create and refine designs
• Oversee layout design, typography, color theory application, and overall visual design to enhance user engagement and aesthetic appeal
• Coordinate production design efforts for various media including web design, social media content, presentations, and interior or exhibition displays
• Manage post-production processes including video editing, motion graphics creation, 3D animation (using Maya or similar), and final delivery of assets
• Ensure all visual materials meet technical specifications and quality standards while adhering to project timelines
• Stay current with industry trends in digital design, animation (2D/3D), CAD drafting, illustration techniques, and emerging visual technologies

Experience

• Proven experience in graphic design or art direction within a creative agency or corporate environment
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, SketchUp, Maya or other 3D animation tools
• Demonstrated skills in layout design, typography mastery, color theory application, and visual storytelling
• Experience producing motion graphics, video editing (including post-production), web design interfaces and digital marketing assets
• Knowledge of interior design principles or production design is a plus for integrated project scopes
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse teams

Pay: $26.90 - $32.39 per hour
