Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelors in Fine Arts with 2-3 years full time teaching experience in a reputable institute.
Key Responsibilities:
(i) Teaching & Learning
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with milestone-based rubrics.
- Foster curiosity, creativity, and critical thinking in learners.
- Use differentiated instruction to meet individual needs.
- Integrate hands-on, play-based, and inquiry-driven methodologies.
(ii) Assessment & Documentation
- Conduct continuous, formative assessments aligned with NCLS&C’s developmental rubrics.
- Maintain detailed student portfolios and progress reports.
- Communicate learning milestones effectively with parents and caregivers.
(iii) Classroom Management
- Establish a nurturing, inclusive, and respectful classroom environment.
- Use positive behavior support strategies to guide student conduct.
(iv) Collaboration & Professionalism
- Work collaboratively with peers and section leadership on curriculum planning and school events.
- Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality, ethics, and professionalism in all dealings.
(v) Parental Engagement
- Conduct parent-teacher conferences and regular feedback sessions.
- Guide parents on developmental milestones and home support strategies.

- 3rd Div in academic career / weak academic profile.
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST and / or absence of NOC from Head of Institution.
- In process of pursuing a required degree.
- Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
- Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations.
- Late / incomplete applications will be ignored.
- Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
