Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design and implement advanced AI and machine learning solutions that enhance banking operations, customer experience, risk analysis, and process automation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied machine learning, data science, and AI systems architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models tailored to banking and financial services use cases (e.g., fraud detection, credit scoring, customer insights).
• Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis.
• Work with structured and unstructured data from various sources.
• Collaborate with business units and data engineering teams to define model requirements and deployment strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and improve AI models based on performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
• Document processes, experiments, and model outcomes clearly for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras.
• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics in real-world projects.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and frameworks (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker).
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, model lifecycle management, and model versioning.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
