We are located in Global Village looking for experienced Chef in Authentic Thai and Asian Cuisines

We are on look out for skilled, pro-active, passionate and talented Chef De Parties or Demi Chef De Parties whom can spearhead with No supervision, daily smooth running of our Kitchen operations.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have 2 years and above experience within fast paced Pan Asian kitchen in U.A.E. Food Safety Certified. Available locally for trials and Ready to join immediately.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in regular Menu product Reviews, Creation and Costing.
• Conversant with Food safety Person In Charge guidelines.
• Prepare Cuts, Sauces & Dressings, Marinades and Cook meals as per brand's standards.
• Upholding Food safety guidelines and standards as per Company and Governing authorities policy.
• Maintaining Low food cost and Shelves stock levels measures, plus check date expiries and labelling.
• Conducting new team talent On boarding and Food production Training.
• Sustenance of Menu product quality and quantity consistency standards.
• Participate in time to time brand improvement meetings and activities.
• Inspect Purchase supplies quality, quantity and cost figures.
• Preparation of adequate Mis en plus as per expected business volume.
• Ensure full duty time kitchen cleanliness and organized shelves and Cold storage arrangements.
• Participate in regular company Inventories management reports procedures.
• Complete various Daily, Weekly and Monthly checklist reports.
• Inspect available stock levels and follow company due process systems, prior to Stock items unavailability.
• Participate in Daily, Weekly and Monthly cleaning operations.,
• Perform any other assigned task by Superiors.
