Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced ASO Specialist who can drive growth for our mobile apps across Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with keyword optimization, conversion optimization, market research, and app growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced keyword research for iOS and Android apps
• Optimize app titles, descriptions, metadata, and creative assets
• Improve app ranking and organic installs through ASO strategies
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis
• Manage A/B testing of store listings
• Track performance metrics (downloads, rankings, retention, CTR)
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers
• Stay updated with the latest ASO trends, algorithm changes, and best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience in App Store Optimization (minimum 1–2 years)
• Strong understanding of ASO tools (AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, etc.)
• Knowledge of Google Play & App Store guidelines
• Experience with keyword mapping and metadata writing
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
• Strong communication and reporting skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience with paid user acquisition
• Basic understanding of SEO
• Knowledge of UI/UX for app store creatives
• Ability to manage multiple apps/projects
