About the Role:
Greenscapes is seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Manager to oversee operations for our upcoming roadworks project in Libya. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing plant production, ensuring quality asphalt output, and maintaining efficient and safe plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the asphalt plant, including production planning and scheduling
• Ensure consistent production of high-quality asphalt in line with project specifications
• Monitor plant performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment
• Supervise plant staff and coordinate with site and logistics teams
• Control raw material usage and inventory (aggregates, bitumen, etc.)
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Prepare production reports and track key performance indicators

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Proven experience managing asphalt plant operations, preferably in road construction projects
• Strong knowledge of asphalt production processes and materials
• Familiarity with plant equipment, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Leadership and team management skills
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work on-site in Libya

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per hour
