Responsibilities

Organize, coordinate, and supervise daily operations in the assembly department.

Monitor and ensure the fulfilment of the production schedule

Oversee the quality of completed products.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance in all operations.

Train and develop staff on best practices and safety procedures.

Implement and enforce good manufacturing practices and safety procedures.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely supply of materials and information.

Continuously improve production processes to increase efficiency.

Maintain accurate records of production, inventory, and maintenance activities.
Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
-
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Proven 10-year experience in similar role in managing light engineering assembly shop.

Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work with technical documentation.
-
Good computer skills (MS Office; ERP systems is a plus).

Responsible, disciplined, and able to perform under pressure.

Attention to detail and strong commitment to quality and safety.
