Role Objective:
The Asset and Resource Management Architect will lead end-to-end transformation of Asset and Resource Management within the Telecom OSS ecosystem. The role focuses on establishing a single source of truth for all network and IT assets, enhancing lifecycle governance, improving data accuracy, and integrating asset management with operational and financial processes to optimize efficiency and performance.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments of current asset models, inventory practices, and reconciliation processes.

Define future state architecture for Asset and Resource Management aligned with OSS modernization goals.

Establish a governance framework for the full asset lifecycle, including provisioning, reconciliation, maintenance, and retirement.

Improve inventory accuracy, reconciliation workflows, and data quality standards to ensure reliable and actionable asset information.

Integrate Asset Management processes with Inventory, Ticketing, Assurance, Finance, and Change Management systems.

Define and track asset-related KPIs, covering utilization, accuracy, leakage control, and lifecycle cost optimization.

Lead cross-functional workshops involving Network, Operations, and Finance teams to drive adoption, alignment, and operational excellence.

Advise on best practices for governance, operational integration, and lifecycle management to ensure enterprise-scale impact.
Required Experience:

Consulting experience in Telecom OSS with a focus on Asset and Resource Management transformation.

Hands-on exposure to network and IT asset inventories, reconciliation frameworks, and lifecycle management tools.

Strong understanding of governance frameworks, operational integration, and data quality improvement methodologies.

Proven ability to drive enterprise-wide adoption of asset management standards and transformation initiatives.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage with stakeholders across Network, Operations, Finance, and IT.
