Title: Asset Coordinator -Intern

Work Arrangement: Remote - Occasional travel within city , required for Asset Delivery.
Location : Lahore, Hyderabad.

Position Summary

• Brief Role Summary:

As an Asset Coordinator Intern, you’ll help the IT team manage laptops and other IT equipment. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn how IT operations work behind the scenes from setting up laptops for new joiners to tracking assets and coordinating repairs. If you like staying organized and don’t mind working with hardware, this role is a great starting point in IT.
IT Assets & Inventory

• Keep track of laptops, chargers, and other IT equipment
• Update asset details like who is using the device and where it’s located
• Help with issuing and collecting laptops for new joiners and leavers

Logistics & Coordination

• Assist with local delivery and pickup of laptops and accessories
• Prepare laptops before handover (basic checks, accessories, readiness)
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs, replacements, or warranty cases

Basic Maintenance & Support

• Perform simple hardware checks and basic troubleshooting
• Report issues and follow up until devices are fixed or replaced
• Make sure devices are in good condition before reuse

Process & Compliance Support

• Follow company IT policies when handling devices
• Help during asset audits by checking and confirming inventory
• Learn and follow simple IT service management processes
