Finance Executive Intern

Mekex Solution SMC (Mekex innovation srl) is an engineering company specialized in the supply of complete mechanical projects made according to customer specifications. The uniqueness of our work is based on the integration between engineering and mechanical design; Our team is able to follow every phase of development of a mechanical project, from preliminary studies, to workshop drawings, up to documentation related to new products.

We are hiring a Finance Executive Intern who wants real exposure to accounting operations, internal controls, audits, and financial planning—not just data entry. This internship is designed for someone who wants to learn how finance actually runs inside a growing organization and is ready to take ownership under senior supervision.

This role is ideal for a candidate who wants to build a strong foundation for a future leadership role in finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting operations including ledgers, reconciliations, vouchers, and financial records.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic financial planning activities.
• Help prepare monthly financial summaries and performance reports.
• Assist during internal and external audits by organizing documents and ensuring compliance readiness.
• Support identification of financial risks and assist in improving internal control processes.
• Help document and improve SOPs related to finance and accounting.
• Assist in reviewing payroll flow and cash tracking.
• Coordinate with internal departments, auditors and finance seniors as required.
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and reporting discipline.
• Learn team coordination and reporting under the guidance of senior finance staff.

Requirements

• Freshly graduated (or final-year student) in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset and willingness to learn audit and risk control practices.
• Good communication skills and a responsible work attitude.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with accounting/ERP software is a plus.
• Ability to handle confidentiality and financial data responsibly.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month
