The Asset Inventory Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels through detailed forecasting, replenishment planning, and reporting. This role monitors item availability, coordinates product resupply, and supports various operational functions related to store planning, order tracking, and documentation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and product flow.
Monitor current inventory levels and conduct regular inventory analysis.
Forecast demand trends and determine monthly replenishment needs.
Recommend reorders for high-performing SKUs and identify slow-moving or obsolete inventory for purging.
Track incoming shipments and ensure timely availability of products in the system.
Verify that all new items have appropriate product images and ordering details.
Manage NSO (New Store Opening) orders and reorders as needed.
Coordinate and distribute reports on:
Low and out-of-stock items ("Low's & Outs")
Reshipment activities
Daily POD (Proof of Delivery) tracking updates
Provide data-driven recommendations to cross-functional teams based on inventory performance.
Maintain and update reference guides for permanent signage.
Assign and manage all reorder codes across inventory systems.
Complete monthly store essential uploads to ensure stores have updated inventory tools and documentation.
Manage inventory and orders in coordination with space planning initiatives.
Ensure inventory aligns with floor plans and merchandising layouts.
2+ years of experience in inventory coordination, supply chain, or related field
Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, or equivalent)
Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, forecasting tools)
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and reporting skills
