Title: Asset Management Analyst

What We Offer
Job Purpose
We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the growth and performance of our property portfolio. This role will work closely with senior management to analyze property performance, oversee financial reporting, and support operational and strategic initiatives.
Essential Duties
· Monitor financial and operational performance of the portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
· Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and institutional equity partners.
· Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, and property due diligence.
· Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify growth and improvement opportunities.
· Monitor monthly asset performance via analysis of financial statements, budgets, and KPI’s.
· Manage and audit databases, including vendor lists, home sales, and other relevant databases.
· Assist in the execution of the business plan to enhance NOI and increase asset value.
· Assist accounting department with general data entry and bookkeeping.
· Offer production support by formatting, printing, and binding client deliverables while upholding high-quality standards and excellent client service.
· Maintain and organize electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring all documents and records are properly stored, categorized, and easily accessible.
· Other duties as assigned on an as needed basis and will be focused on general administration, bookkeeping, and property management related operations.
Supervision
· Works under the direct supervision of Controller and VP of Asset Management.
· Occasionally will take direction from Regional Managers.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in real estate, property management, asset management, or accounting.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
· Experience with Rent Manager, Yardi, or Appfolio required.
· Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work, with excellent proofreading and editing abilities.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Working Conditions
1. Able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and, with assistance, lift and/or move up to 75 pounds occasionally
2. Standing for extended periods of time, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, climbing, balancing, reaching, or bending at the waist on a daily basis.

Base Pay: $72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
