Asset Management Executive
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the company’s asset register and ensure all assets are properly tagged and documented.

Conduct regular asset audits (physical verification and reconciliation) in coordination with relevant departments.

Monitor the lifecycle of assets, including acquisition, transfer, maintenance, depreciation, and disposal.

Coordinate with the procurement and finance teams to ensure accurate asset capitalization and depreciation records.

Prepare asset reports for management and auditors as required.
-
Support in budgeting and forecasting related to asset replacement and maintenance.
-
Ensure compliance with company asset policies, Qatar Labour Law, and local regulatory requirements.

Liaise with external vendors, maintenance teams, and auditors for asset-related matters.

Identify and recommend process improvements for efficient asset management and cost control.

Assist in implementing and managing asset management software systems.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–5 years of experience in asset management, inventory control, or a related function (preferably in Qatar or GCC).

Strong understanding of fixed asset accounting principles and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).

Excellent Excel and data management skills.

Good communication and coordination abilities.
-
Knowledge of Qatar-specific asset management and documentation practices is an advantage.
