Asset Specialist

Summary:

CDhorizon is seeking a meticulous and analytical Asset Specialist to oversee asset documentation, data management, and performance reporting for our construction machinery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance, accurate financial settlements, and continuous improvement in warehouse and job site activities. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Asset Documentation & Compliance

• Manage asset-related documentation, including insurance applications, equipment certifications, and regulatory compliance .
• Ensure all work orders are accurately maintained for seamless operational functionality.

2. Financial & Settlement Verification

• Verify and reconcile rental project settlement data , ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on pending resolutions.
• Track financial discrepancies and collaborate with finance and operations teams for corrections.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze service data to generate weekly and monthly performance reports , identifying trends and deviations.
• Compile and present service team performance metrics in line with incentive and penalty structures.

4. Process Improvement & Inspections

• Support continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse and job site operations.
• Conduct regular inspections, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in the construction machinery or heavy equipment industry .
• Strong analytical skills with high proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken); proficiency in local languages is a plus. Chinese language skills are an advantage.
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience working with reputable companies in the industry .
