Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Assistant role, located in Istanbul, Türkiye. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to ensure efficient office operations. Daily responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining professional communications, organizing documentation, and assisting with administrative tasks to support legal projects and workflow. The Assistant will also liaise across teams and provide key support for attorneys and staff where needed.
Detailed Responsibilites
· Providing support for office tasks to partners, lawyers and other units
· Formatting MS Word documents
· Managing telephone and email traffic
· Organizing meetings and travel arrangements
· Assisting with photocopying and scanning tasks
· Performing archiving and filing operations
· Recording and tracking advances and expenses

Qualifications
· Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in an assistant position
· A bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with an emphasis on professional correspondence in Turkish and English
· Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, task management, and document organization
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced, professional environment
· Prior experience in legal, corporate, or administrative environments is an advantage
· Good command of Microsoft Office programs, excellent MS Word skills
· Teamwork capability
· Ability to follow up and finalize tasks
· Ability to work under tight deadlines
