Training Reporting Manager / Assistant Manager

Within our Training and Development Management Division , we are looking for a new team member who has a strong analytical mindset and will take responsibility in reporting, analysis, and process management.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related field
  • 2+ years of work experience in similar areas (Manager: 5+ years / Assistant Manager: 2+ years)
  • Advanced written and verbal English proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Advanced level of Excel knowledge (Macros, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset
  • Strong reporting skills and experience
  • Effective time management skills
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills


Job Description:


  • Preparation of monthly reports for the Training Department
  • Preparation of the training budget report
  • Meeting ad-hoc and/or regular reporting requests from the Training Department
  • Providing reporting for audit functions
  • Planning assignments and target audiences for catalog and business line trainings when required
  • Managing the process with the training owner bank group for local and BNPP mandatory trainings (BNPP meetings, business line meetings, content translations, segmentation / target audience definition, assignment and follow-up)
  • Conducting analyses for the Training Department and sharing outputs with relevant action owners
  • Maintaining and developing training dashboard activities


This role follows a hybrid work model (4 days on-site, 1 day working from home)
