Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping
- Record and update financial transactions in accounting systems.
- Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable data.
Reconciliation & Reporting
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with periodic financial reports and month-end close activities.
- Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.
Support & Compliance
- Assist with audits by gathering documentation and answering queries.
- Help ensure tax and financial compliance.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team (filing, correspondence, record organization).
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on account matters.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (often preferred).
- Associate degree or certification in accounting/bookkeeping may be accepted depending on employer.
Experience
- Have experience is preferred
Skills
- Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Note: Bahraini National will be preffered, But should have experience and knowledge
