Financial Transactions & Record-Keeping

  • Record and update financial transactions in accounting systems.
  • Process invoices, payments, receipts, and expense reports.
  • Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable data.

Reconciliation & Reporting

  • Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
  • Assist with periodic financial reports and month-end close activities.
  • Support preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses.

Support & Compliance

  • Assist with audits by gathering documentation and answering queries.
  • Help ensure tax and financial compliance.
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance team (filing, correspondence, record organization).

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments on account matters.
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and reconcile discrepancies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (often preferred).
  • Associate degree or certification in accounting/bookkeeping may be accepted depending on employer.

Experience

  • Have experience is preferred

Skills

  • Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems).
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Note: Bahraini National will be preffered, But should have experience and knowledge
