Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

Ibis Bahrain is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, Cash Float, Petty Cash Disbursement, and assisting the Income Auditor & receivables. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in accounting software, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The Accounts Assistant will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes and contribute to the overall financial health of the company.

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise the accounting department’s daily routines to ensure smooth, effective, and efficient daily work practices.
• Supervising and assisting with account reconciliations, Cash Float, OC & ENT, account analysis, Night Audit, and assisting the income auditor & receivables, including closing procedures at month-end.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be a Finance Graduate.
• Minimum 3 years of similar experience in the Hotel Industry
• Should have knowledge in OPERA and Sun System
• Ability to work under pressure
