Working Hours :9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

As an Assistant Accountant, you’ll be a key part of our finance team, helping with day-to-day financial tasks and learning the ropes of accounting in a real-world setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in preparing financial statements, invoices, and reports.
• Supporting monthly account reconciliation and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
• Processing payments, invoices, and expense reimbursements.
• Collaborating with the team to streamline bookkeeping processes.
• Learning and applying accounting software to maintain accurate records.
• Supporting audits and compliance tasks under the guidance of senior accountant.

What We’re Looking For

• A fresh graduate or someone with up to 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and eagerness to learn.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Comfortable with numbers and basic proficiency in MS Excel or accounting software.
• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
