Location: DHA Phase 1, Lahore (G Block)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
Experience: Fresh Graduates – 1 Year
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Accounting / Finance / B.Com / BBA

Job Overview

We are hiring a motivated Assistant Accountant (Entry-Level) to join our growing finance team in DHA Lahore. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience who want to build a strong career in finance and accounting.

You will gain hands-on experience in bookkeeping, financial reporting, and accounting operations while working in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and invoices
• Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation
• Process payments, vendor invoices, and expense reimbursements
• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping entries
• Support monthly closing activities
• Assist in audit and compliance tasks
• Work with accounting software and MS Excel for data management
• Coordinate with internal teams to improve financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, B.Com, or BBA
• 0–1 year experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles & bookkeeping
• Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Skills (Bonus)

• Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ERP systems)
• Internship experience in accounts or finance
