Assistant Account Officer

Al- Abbas Fabrics Pvt. Ltd is looking to hire candidate for its Accounts Department. Located in SITE Area Karachi, Pakistan. A candidate posses strong command in excel, accounts payable & invoice processing. This is a full time job.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process supplier invoices against purchase orders and goods receipts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor transactions and ensure timely updates in the accounting system.
  • Prepare payment vouchers and ensure timely disbursement to vendors via cheque, bank transfer, or other payment modes.
  • Monitor payment schedules and resolve payment-related queries with vendors.
  • Record HR related records and prepare payments as per company schedule.
  • Record vouchers and other payments as per schedule or instructions.
  • Ensure proper documentation for all payments and maintain audit-ready records.
  • Assist in monthly closing activities, including reconciliations of accounts payable.
  • Maintain and update vendor ledgers and employee payroll records.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.

Job Specifications:

  • B.Com / BBA in finance
  • At least 1 Year Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
