ey Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Accurately input financial transactions into databases and maintain organized, up-to-date financial records.
- Invoice and Payment Processing: Receive and process all incoming invoices and expense reports, and handle the preparation and processing of payments and employee checks.
- Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including monitoring vendor statements and posting customer payments.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and other financial documents.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative and clerical duties, such as filing, mailing, and managing communications with clients and vendors.
- Audit Support: Assist accountants and the accounting manager with audits and other fiscal planning activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- Tally and Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
