Assistant Accountant

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (On-site)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and proactive Assistant Account Executive to support our Account Management and Client Servicing team in managing media production and digital marketing projects. This role is ideal for someone with agency or corporate exposure who can handle client coordination, follow-ups, documentation, and project support in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Account Managers in handling client communication and follow-ups
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, presentations, and reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, design, editing, social media)
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and approvals
  • Prepare meeting notes and action points
  • Follow up on client feedback, revisions, and approvals
  • Support with invoicing coordination and basic documentation
  • Maintain organized client records and project files

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in account coordination, client servicing, or project support
  • Background in media production, digital marketing, advertising, or creative agencies is a plus
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic project tools
  • Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

  • Experience in proposals, quotations, and client presentations
  • Understanding of media production workflows and digital campaigns
  • Experience working with corporate or government clients
