Assistant Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant with minimum 2 years of UAE experience. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations, Corporate Tax laws, and general accounting principles. This role requires someone who can join immediately and handle day-to-day accounting operations independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Prepare and maintain financial records and reports
• Handle VAT calculations, filings, and FTA submissions
• Ensure timely Corporate Tax compliance and submissions
• Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors when required
• Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable/receivable
• Support management with budgeting and financial forecasting
• Maintain compliance with UAE tax regulations and financial policies

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in the UAE
• Strong understanding of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Excellent MS Excel and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Available to join immediately
• Own visa (freelance, family, or spouse visa) preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
