Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Male Account Assistant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the accounting and finance team by processing financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, recording financial data, and assisting in the preparation of financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process all entries in Tally Prime and prepare payments to suppliers.
• Manage Purchases and Sales.
• Entry all Expense related entries
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Help prepare documentation and gather data for external or internal audits
• Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls or emails
• Support the accounting and finance team as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Tally, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred
