Santech Equipments is a leading service provider in the UAE, specializing in Generator and Forklift services. Our expertise includes all types of repair work and annual maintenance contracts (AMC).

Job Description:

We are Seeking a motivated and passionate UAE experienced individual looking for a successful career in Accounts in our Umm Al Quwain shop.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily accounting entries and bookkeeping.
• Manage cash counter and handle customers
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and receipts.
• Monitor customer outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
• Manage supplier payments and payable schedules.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and supplier/customer statements.
• Maintain VAT records and support VAT filing procedures.
• Verify purchase invoices, expenses, and stock-related transactions.
• Coordinate with sales, store, and purchasing departments for document verification.
• Assist management in monthly financial reports, profit & loss statements, and expense reports.
• Maintain petty cash records and expense tracking.
• Assist management in budgeting and cost control.
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Support annual audit and compliance requirements.

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Accounts (Required)

Skills:

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
• Experience with accounting software/ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and reporting.
• Good communication and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Ability to handle multiple transactions and deadlines.
• Languages : Hindi and English

Salary Range: AED 1500-2000 per month

Experience:
Minimum of 1 years in cash counter
