Assistant Accountant

Job Summary:

Teqsouq is looking for a detail oriented Accountant with basic knowledge of Tally to manage daily financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and support overall accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record daily financial transactions in Tally
• Maintain and update purchase, sales, and expense records
• Handle accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
• Assist in preparing financial reports and summaries
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of invoices
• Support audit and compliance processes
• Coordinate with internal teams for financial data

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Tally ERP
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 1–2 years of accounting experience (preferred)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in e-commerce or retail accounting
• Familiarity with VAT regulations in UAE
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month
