- Assist in maintaining financial records and general ledger entries
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Reconcile bank statements and vendor accounts
- Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Support payroll processing and expense tracking when required
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for financial queries
- Assist in audits by providing required financial data and documents
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance role
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (ERP knowledge preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- UAE/GCC experience preferred
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Tally, SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Experience in handling VAT is an advantage
