Position Assistant Accountant/ Cashier

Duties and Responsibilities
- Checking and recording of government expenses;
- Clearing and reconciling government expense account;
- Prepares Employee Petty cash report;
- Processing of Tuition fee refund;
- Recording of El-Ajou Invoices (Rental charges of Canon Machines);
- Performs other tasks for the staff on-leave.
- Performs additional responsibilities or other related duties assigned from time to time.
Qualifications & Experience (Required)
- A Bachelor’s degree related to the position or equivalent.
- At least 2-5 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
- Previous experience related to this field is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in team-based, collaborative settings.
- Willingness to take initiative and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
- Suitable candidates are expected to have excellent command of the English Language and should be familiar with technology infused academic environments.
