Job Summary:

Imam Clinic is looking for the Assistant Administrator who supports daily hospital operations by coordinating with departments, ensuring policy compliance, supporting HR and administrative functions, and maintaining smooth, efficient hospital workflows.

Job Description:

  • Support day-to-day hospital administrative and operational activities
  • Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for smooth workflow
  • Implement and monitor hospital policies, SOPs, and procedures
  • Manage administrative documentation, reports, and official correspondence
  • Assist with staff coordination, duty rosters, attendance, and discipline matters
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, confirmations, and contract renewals
  • Assist in audits, inspections, accreditation, and compliance processes
  • Address patient and staff administrative issues and escalate when necessary
  • Oversee facility-related matters and coordinate with maintenance and support teams

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Hospital/Healthcare Administration preferred)
  • 2–4 years of hospital administration experience
  • Good communication and MS Office skills
