User Support: Serve as the first point of contact for end users, logging and resolving technical issues, and escalating complex problems to the IT/Application team when necessary.
Issue Analysis: Identify, document, and track HR system and other application issues; recommend corrective actions and improvements.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with business stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document end user requirements for system enhancements or new features.
System Testing: Develop and execute test plans, perform functional testing, and validate fixes or upgrades before deployment.
Data Management & Analysis: Write queries to extract and analyze data; identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement and create reports.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain user manuals, process documentation, and step-by-step video guides for end users.
Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and IT to ensure timely implementation of solutions and updates.
Continuous Improvement: Stay current with application updates and emerging technologies to recommend best practices. Manage and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
