At least 3 years GCC experience as Architect for 5 years

Assist the main architect on concept designs, working drawings and others

Preferably knows how to Design with AI knowledge.

Society of Engineer Member

Software knowledge on AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, and 3d and basic rendering

Knowledge on DM portal and other authorities' submission.
