Position Overview:
The
Area Sales Assistant Manager
is responsible for overseeing and supporting sales operations within a defined area/territory. This role involves managing sales teams, implementing sales strategies, ensuring target achievement, and strengthening customer relationships. You will assist the Area Sales Manager in driving growth and maintaining strong market presence.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Area Sales Manager in planning and executing area-wise sales strategies.

Supervise, guide, and motivate sales executives within the assigned territory.

Ensure sales targets are achieved on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor team performance and identify new opportunities.

Manage client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.

Support in conducting promotional activities, site/property visits, and client meetings.

Prepare area sales reports and performance reviews for senior management.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and provide strategic recommendations.

Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Fresh–4 years of proven sales experience (real estate/FMCG/retail preferred).

Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

Ability to manage multiple teams and handle area-wide operations.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
