Position: Assistant Manager – Business Development

Location: Lahore (Reporting to Head Office Karachi)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Assistant Manager – Business Development to support and expand our operations in Lahore. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating with the Head Office in Karachi for strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Lahore market

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Prepare and present business proposals and reports
  • Coordinate with Karachi Head Office for approvals, updates, and strategy alignment
  • Follow up on leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships
  • Maintain proper documentation and CRM records

Required Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience in Services Industry / Logistic industry / Pharmaceutical / Insurance

  • Strong networking and client-handling abilities
  • Knowledge of Lahore market dynamics
  • Strong coordination and reporting skills with Head Office
