Position Overview:
The Assistant Art Director will support the Art Director in the development and execution of creative projects. This role involves collaborating with the creative and account teams to ensure that all visual content meets the highest standards of creativity, brand consistency, and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, excellent communication skills, a clear comprehension of creative brand communication and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:

Assist the Art Director in conceptualizing and executing creative ideas for various media campaigns, including digital, print, and broadcast.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually compelling content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions.

Assist in the creation of mood boards, storyboards, and visual presentations for client pitches and internal reviews.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project deadlines.

Provide constructive feedback to junior designers and support their professional development.

Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our creative work.

Work closely with the account and media planning teams to ensure seamless integration of creative content into media strategies.

Maintain and organize digital assets, ensuring easy access and retrieval for team members.

Support the Art Director in client meetings, presentations, and project updates.
Education:

Preferably degree/diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
Experience:

Preferably 5+ years of experience in a creative role within an advertising agency or media company.
Skills and Competencies:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and creative solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts and ideas effectively.
