We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven ASSISTANT MANAGER to lead our branch operations and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NBFC products such as personal loans, SME loans, vehicle loans, or gold loans, and a proven track record in sales, team management, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through effective business development.
  • Manage and lead a team of sales officers and operations staff.
  • Develop strong customer relationships and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to internal credit policies and RBI guidelines.
  • Oversee loan processing, documentation, disbursal, and collections. Monitor portfolio health and take proactive steps to reduce NPAs.
  • Prepare and submit MIS reports and branch performance data.
  • Ensure overall branch compliance, security, and process efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong knowledge of retail lending, credit assessment, and collections.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and achieve branch-level business targets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and RBI norms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
