Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Fine Dining Supervisor or Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale café/restaurant. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and team performance. A passion for hospitality and attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead front-of-house staff to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure a premium guest experience by maintaining high service and hospitality standards.
- Manage daily floor operations including reservations, seating, guest interactions, and issue resolution.
- Train, coach, and motivate team members to meet and exceed service expectations.
- Monitor presentation and quality of food and beverages in coordination with the kitchen.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally and promptly.
- Assist in scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and managing staff attendance.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Monitor inventory levels, place orders when necessary, and minimize waste.
- Assist in planning and executing promotions, private events, and VIP services.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, staff performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all operations comply with company policies and relevant laws.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience (3–5 years) in a similar role within fine dining or luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service, including etiquette and pairings.
- Ability to handle pressure and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using POS systems and restaurant management software.
- High attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
