Key Purpose

Team Management – Lead, coach, and set goals for the B2B team.
Data Analysis – Use sales data and feedback to guide decision-making.
Communication – Effectively liaise with clients, internal teams, and leadership.
Strategy Development – Craft long-term growth plans and optimize operations.
Risk Management – Identify and mitigate business risks.
Customer Service – Ensure high levels of satisfaction and resolve issues.
Industry Knowledge – Stay informed of market trends and adapt strategies.
Budget Management – Oversee and align spending with company objectives.

Food Safety & Finance Teams.
Required Skills & Competencies
Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry within KSA.
Strong network and contacts with hotels, cafés, and restaurants.
Passionate, customer-focused, strong communicator.
Excellent leadership and networking skills.
Strong background in customer service and food safety.
Effective decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
