Assistant Branch Manager

The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for managing the front desk, patient relations and concierge services. He / She will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring patient satisfaction with the services provided; identifying and resolving patient and family member concerns and problems in the clinic.


  • Assist the Branch Manager in the day-to-day administrative operations of the facility and the delegation of duties
  • Assist new patients in opening a medical file and ensuring all required information is supplied and that the information is true and accurate.

  • Ensure that the patients / attendants are kept comfortable at all times and ensure their requirements are met as laid down in CS rules

  • Direct patients opting for treatments on special packages to the designated area / block or in the right category of rooms as required by them

  • Provide support to the clinical, operational and facility services throughout the facility
  • Liaises with clinical professional staff in order to provide seamless patient care in all aspects of the journey through the facility

  • Responsible for conduction and coordination of company’s promotional campaigns

  • Provides oversight on the process of ensuring that appropriate providers are available to deliver medical information upon request of patients
  • Manages and oversees that all documentation is correctly presented prior to patients files being used, and returned thereafter to medical records.
  • Keep patient data and records updated and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  • Respond to patient’s needs, requests and concerns as appropriate; investigate and/or channel complaints or issues to appropriate Clinic staff; assist in resolving conflicts and act as an intermediary between patients, families and staff.

  • Keep the Branch Manager informed of work related activities and issues

  • Promote establishment and maintenance of meaningful communication between patients, families and staff; facilitate dialogue between patients, physicians, nurses, administrative managers and ancillary personnel to resolve patient complaints and issues.

  • Ensures that all financial transactions are conducted in accordance with pertinent standards and legal requirements
  • Ensures the effective operation of a quality improvement process for the facility, including the periodic assessment of patient satisfaction
  • Participate in Quality and Accreditation activities such as DOH, OSHAD, FANR, etc.
  • Ensure that quality of services is provided as per the DOH standards
  • Monitor emergency action procedures and coordinate activities related to patient/staff evacuation as needed.
  • Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the Branch Manager within the scope of his/her job

  • Suitable Graduation Degree
  • Master Degree in Hospital Management (preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar field with at least 2 years in a similar position
