Assistant Branch Manager
in
Lahore.
Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective management.

Support the Branch Manager in implementing strategic initiatives to meet financial goals.

Oversee customer service operations and address customer inquiries and issues.
-
Aid in training and developing branch staff to maximize their potential.
-
Assist in managing branch inventory and ensure all processes align with company policies.
-
Keep track of branch financials, such as deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
-
Help to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations.
-
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to improve business profitability and performance.

Prepare and present reports on branch operations and performance.
Requirements:

Proven experience in a customer service or banking environment is preferred.

Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle stressful situations.

Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Familiarity with banking software and good computer skills.

Must be organized and able to prioritize duties.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is beneficial

Cash handling and financial management skills.

Knowledge of banking services and products.

Ability to work on-site during branch hours, including some evenings and weekends.
