Assistant Brand Manager

We are looking for a team member for the Assistant Brand Manager position within Tat Gıda.

What are we looking for in our team member?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or Communication (MA/MSc/MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, and performance marketing.
• Experience in market research and analysis of Nielsen/Ipsos reports.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills; proactive, dynamic, and collaborative mindset.

What to expect in this role?

• Develop and execute marketing strategies and annual plans aligned with company objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyze Nielsen & Ipsos reports, and track category performance and market trends.
• Contribute to new product development and brand renovation projects.
• Collaborate with agencies to implement 360° marketing plans (ATL, BTL, and digital).
• Manage social media, digital media, and influencer marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and performance.
• Plan and execute advertising, promotional, and activation activities to support brand growth.
