We are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager – Consumer Division to support brand strategy execution, enhance consumer engagement, and ensure effective in-market implementation of marketing plans and campaigns for our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager in executing marketing and promotional strategies across all channels
  • Conduct regular market visits to assess product visibility, pricing, and competitor activities
  • Gather and report market intelligence and consumer insights
  • Coordinate with agencies for BTL activations, POS rollouts, and promotional campaigns
  • Assist in brand communication, digital marketing, and social media management
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports
  • Collaborate with sales and trade teams for smooth in-market execution
  • Contribute to product innovation, packaging, and new launches

Requirements

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Master’s preferred)
  • Experience: 2–3 years in Advertising, Consumer Marketing, or Brand Management
  • Strong understanding of ATL & BTL marketing, market research, digital and social media strategy, and vendor management
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and communication skills
